A Prophet of God

A Prophet of God, President Gordon B. Hinckley has passed away. I thought I would take a minute to express my love for him, a brilliant, loving, humble servant of God. He has been a great part of my life- urging me to do better. He will be missed. We were on our way home last night when we heard the news, and immediately turned on ksl radio to listen. I remember in college an opportunity to sing in conference came up, and it was a great experience. I remember President Hinckley standing up at the end, then turning to wave to all of us in the choir. I knew then as I know now that he was a prophet, called by God, and I am grateful for his great wisdom that he shared with me each General Conference.
