It's ultrasound time on MONDAY!!! I am 19 weeks along today, and thankfully feeling great! I can feel baby move, and I can't fit into my jeans any longer! So what's your guess on the next Baby Day? Boy or Girl?

Be Careful what you talk about...

with your kids. Jordan and I had a really good conversation about smoking a few weeks ago and why it's bad for the body. I related to him at the time that my Grandpa had died from lung cancer from smoking. Well, he listened because in Primary on Sunday the Sharing Time was about the Ressurection and the question was asked, "Have any of you had a close friend or a family member die?" Jordan's hand shot up first. With Ryan sitting next to him he related, "Yeah, my Grandpa died because he smoked too much." Most people are aware that Ryan's dad has passed away and he got some funny looks and some "smoking" gestures from others... so we had to laugh after church and explain to Jordan that his Grandpa Day died from Leukemia and his Great-Grandpa was the one who smoked too much...

The Fun Begins...

It's that time again... Time to support the Rally for Riley team for the Walk for Autism! I just thought I would share the site where an online auction is taking place- all you do is make a bid for the item in the comments- all proceeds go to the Rally for Riley team to Autism Speaks- the national non-profit organization that does research, and outreach to families! The Fun Side-effects

Of Pregnancy. I was thinking all of my friends knew; but just in case, I am pregnant. Just about 15 weeks to be exact! I think it's crazy how the commercials on t.v. have to list the side-effects of certain drugs- the lists that make me cringe and pray I'll never need that certain medication. But, there's some craziness going on over here; so here's my list so far: (feel free to add your own in the comments! :)

1. I am watching Extreme Home Makeover and bawling.
2. I eat ALL day long.
3. Craving things until you eat them.
4. I need catnaps in the afternoon.
5. I am dead tired at 9:30 at night.
6. My clothes are getting snug.
7. I look "fat" but not officially "pregnant"
8. Waking up in the wee morning hours to use the bathroom.
9. During the day taking too many bathroom breaks.
10. When putting Julia in her crib my little tummy is getting in the way.
BONUS #11: I have a new zit daily. Seriously.

It only gets worse! Let's not mention the scary veins in my legs or the stretch marks that are already at home on my body. But, oh, I must be ready for this because I get all excited thinking about the new bundle of heaven that is coming to our family- Julia can't wait! Monday, May 4 is the big Ultrasound date; so I will have to do a blog post for everyone to guess what we're getting!!
