Winter Wonderland

So here it is, February first, and I am happy about several things. One, January has come and gone with sickness, but I also had the guts to de-junk the bedroom downstairs that became a dump-it spot. You know, that room in your house that gets everything you don't know what to do with. I took a whole load to the D.I. and felt better. January has a history of being long, cold, and boring; but this year I tried to take Rusti's advice and look at it as a new beginnning. I always wanted to skip January and go straight to Valentine's Day. SO, We have been out playing in the snow, down to the Dino museum at Thanksgiving Point, over to IKEA, to Backyard Adventures Open play, and it seems to have done the trick! Another January over, and crazy enough, I think I enjoyed it.
