10- Going to BYU with Renee and Tricia to present our class about parenting a child with disabilities- I am always amazed at what I learn and hear from them each time.
9- Getting my hair colored and cut- Thanks, Amy!
8- Our Ward party comes and goes- it was great and I realize that there are awesome people all around me.
7- Going to Oh, Sweet Sadie and loving it- SO much fun- a feast for the eyes.
6- Selling Holiday Scentsy at Leslie's- Thank you Leslie!
5- Running many errands with three cute kids- I sometimes look in the rear-view mirror and feel overwhelmed with what I see- and they're MINE!
4- We go as a family to Madagascar 2 and to Hollywood Connection and played- it was a LOT of fun- Thanks, Nan- for inviting us!
3- Shopping and going out to eat with Jamie and Kris on our Park City Girls' Overnighter!
2- Painting my toenails and exchanging gifts by a cozy fire at our Girls' Overnighter.
1- Eating Peanut Butter Fudge, White chocolate chip craisin cookies, and watching movies and discussing good reads with two of my best friends- Jamie and Kris in Park City at our Girl's overnighter- fantastic girls! The HUGE #1 on my list!!

Top Ten- November!

Have I mentioned that Fall is my favorite season? It is- so here goes:
10- Cleaning out curriculum books and saying goodbye to my Student Teaching Portfolio- don't know why I have kept it so long except that it was so much work!
9- Going to the Library! We love it.
8- In Kindermusik, Jordan learns Legato and Staccato.
7- Selling Scentsy- still love the stuff. Especially Spiced Orange Harvest.
6- Michelle's Baby shower- It was held at Trio and the food was delicious- it's always fun to celebrate a BABY!!
5- Kristie's Vendor Bender- We sold lots of Discovery Toys- and have now decided to wrap the gifts and have someone Oh-so-Jolly deliver the presents to the school!
4- Eating Pizza and watching the game Sat. night with Jason and Tricia!
3- We sold our dining table because we're getting a new one... at some point...
2- Going to church on Sunday and staying for the whole thing- we have had someone sick for the last three weeks at least- so nice to stay and enjoy.
1- Family night with my Nelson side- watching the skits from the Nelson Cousin Day Camp held this past summer- so cute. I love the holidays- it makes family seem that much more important and I love spending time with both families- I am so blessed.
Top Ten- catching up...

I don't know what happened last week- but here's the Top Ten for Oct. 28- Nov. 4:
10- The One Heart Bulgaria sale- I just love those Melissa & Doug Toys!
9- We show our house for the last time- then take the For Sale sign down... not going to happen!
8- I shop for outfits for our new family pictures.
7- Making Halloween Sugar Cookies with the Kids! They love to cook.
6- Visiting my Bro. Dave and SIL Emily and my new neice: Sarah. Cutie!
5- Book Club! We reviewed "Miracles on the Water" a WW2 u-boat story.
4- Going to Idaho Falls to witness Heather's baptism.
3- Making Witches' Brew in our music class- Alakazamakazoo!
2- Seeing the witches at Gardener Village with Michelle, Sara, Emma, and James.
1- Halloween! We had WAY too much fun trick or treating- Julia totally understood the whole thing and loved her treats!

Top Ten

10-I took the kids to Taipan to get some new Halloween decor- it was fun!
9- My Kids were all sick- croup and colds that they are still getting over... not fun
8-Getting the kids' haircuts by Aunt Megan- she does an awesome job.
7- We take Isaac on a playdate to the Library, Ross, and finally: Ice Cream at Baskin Robbins at The District- fun times had by all.
6- I got my Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream- twice in the past two months can only mean that having a new Baskin Robbins so close is not a good thing.
5- Jordan participates in the Primary Program- we practiced his "part" all week and he did great- standing up in front of the whole ward+grandparents! I was so proud..
4- My kids earn a toy for reading in October at the Library- they were so happy :)
3- Going to Farm Country at T-Point with Jamie and crew with lunch at their deli- it was deelicious!
2- My sister Kina has a Surprise Un-Birthday that was super fun!
1- Going to lunch for Marci's Birthday! Happy Birthday, Marci!!

Top Ten- another flyby...

10- Trip to the DMV is successful: I have a new license! Julia couldn't help herself when she heard her voice echo in the place...BTW- the DMV is no longer on Redwood Road and 106th south- it's at the point of the mountain in Draper.
9- Going to Chic Fil A to support that sweet family- but having my kids bullied in the play area by a not-so-sweet little girl? Frustrating...
8- Depositing my Scentsy check! Woo-hoo!
7- Making dinner each night for my family and having them love it...
6- Creating cards for the card exchange- I crave a creative outlet.
5- Having four things scheduled on Thursday night and only being able to do one- Lia Sophia has some cute jewelry.
4- Going to Kangaroo Zoo with Rusti, Isabelle, and Oliver! Fun place once my kids warmed up to it!
3- One last soccer game: Jordan is a maniac and scores 8 goals or so again...
2- Relaxing on Sunday with two sick kids- Bobby and Julia.
1- Going to the Sand Dunes to hang out with Scott, Jana and Family- can I just say: "Crazy!?" Jeeping with them is more fun than your best amusement park ride!

Top Ten- October!
I am really excited that October is here; and Halloween is on its' way! Here's highlights of the past week:
10-I made it to the dermatologist- I am paranoid about my freckles; but I am okay!
9- Bookclub night to review a fascinating book: Snow Flower and the Secret Fan.
8- We look at upgrading our carpet and getting rid of the dreaded tile in the kitchen- I might get a "new" house after all!
7- Music class for Bobby is working out so well- he loves it.
6- Jordan's soccer game is in pouring rain on Saturday- he was worried he wouldn't play well in rain on wet grass; but scored around ten goals anyway!
5- Going to my first Parenting with Love and Logic class; I am SO excited to learn more and am encouraged that I can be the fun-loving, nurturing mom after all.
4- General Conference: I realize this should be my number one- but it was awesome as usual and I am catching up on the Sat. sessions I missed for soccer and birthday.
3- Bobby Turns 3! I have been praying for a miracle: to survive the "________" insert adjective "Two's" with Bobby- and I think we have made it!
2- Ryan surprises Bobby with his own trike with bell and is thrilled! He can make it around the block without having any tantrums or crying- a month ago I counted 19 tantrums- this is a small block, people!
1- Enjoying Bobby's Birthday- Soccer, lunch, movie, swimming, and cake. What more could a boy want? How about a red helmet? Check.

Top Ten: Last week of September!

10- Shopping at Target: Have I mentioned how much I love that store?
9- Buying Halloween Costumes for the Boys: Jordan is going to be Optimus Prime (Optimus Pwime) and Bobby is going to be Batman (Batman with a seatbelt! (Belt!))
8- Soccer practice with Jordan- (Bobby goes over to Nan's to play and has a great time and I don't have to deal with whiner Bobby who wants to be part of the team)
7- Showing Uncle Landon the new costumes- he was in town for business, GO AGGIES!
6- Having a great time doing Scentsy at my Mom's house- my first party over $1,000!
5- The Primary Carnival Friday night- so much fun.
4- Stamping at Kathy E's house as a creative outlet!
3- Retail Therapy: Shopping Oh, Sweet Sadie! With Rusti and having a fabulous time.
2- Ryan and I make it Temple Date night Thursday night! Woo-hoo!
1- Holding the new Konner McOmber- Congratulations, Megan!!

8- Soccer practice: Jordan has new friends and it's so fun.
7- Soccer games! Jordan made four goals his first game, five in his second game!
6- I went visiting teaching! We're talking actual visits- rare after busy summer.
5- Family Home Evening with my whole family! Thanks Meg (and Marc!) We read the funny goals we had as kids from the Jif jar- mine were great- I wanted to have no cavuteys (cavities!.)
4- Baby Shower for Sister in law: Emily! So fun.
3- Book Review for Breaking Dawn: It was so great to chat and laugh together over that book series!
2- Playing in the sandbox with my kids- we constructed a road for trucks, a mountain, river, and lake!
1- Going to lunch with Marci and Nan and our kids- (I told them it was the highlight of my week!)

Top Ten

Hello, September! I love the cooler weather :) Fall is my favorite time of year:
10- Going on a long bike ride with Ryan and kids to Hollywood Video to rent movies; then having a family movie night!
9- Kindermusik begins for Jordan- but we join him at the end of class and I am already impressed!
8- Soccer Practice: Ryan will be a great coach!
7- Going to Thanksgiving Point Gardens with Jamie and Kids- 3 1/2 hours of fun... I was exhausted by the time we arrived home.
6- Book Club for "Did I expect Angels?" Kathryn Maughan- the author- called in and we had a fascinating conversation about the book- read it!
5- Going to lunch and taking cupcakes to Daddy for his Birthday- Friday!
4- Running a whopping 20 miles in preparation for my marathon- my left knee started aching and feeling funny at mile 17... better fix that, quick!
3- Going to Logan to play with family :).
2- Ryan's 33rd Birthday- an old man... see my next post.
1- Watching Jordan score four goals at his first soccer game- so fun!

10- Visiting Dr. Lei for Julia's 18 mo. appt.! The nurse thought she was so cute- she called her "Malibu Barbie" and I wasn't sure what to think about that!
9- Having a Birthday Barbecue for my Mom- I have a great family.
8- Slip sliding with my Mom's huge slide... we had so much fun with it.
7- Going to lunch with Nan and Marci- I have great friends.
6- Frantically cleaning my house to show it for the third time...not bad!
5- Taking Pictures with Tina Miera at Memory Grove- that place is beautiful- the results should be coming in soon...

4- Watching two cute nieces: We had a fun Friday night!
3- Running and not dying: 12 miles on Saturday; a weekly total of 22 miles!! Yeah!
2- Seeing the new American Girl movie: Kit- I LOVED it! I recommend it over Wall-E!
1- Meeting Baby Girl Alicia Hope- A gorgeous baby!! Congrats to Tricia!!

Top Ten- Hello July!
Summer is here! Here's the top 10 fun:
10- I got my hair done! Thanks, Amy!
9- We put our home up for sale- looking to buy a home in Herriman that has more room for our growing family.. no announcements there, just bigger closets and a 3 car garage...
8- Going to bookclub to review "The Host" by Stephenie Meyer- not my fav. but it was interesting..
7- Going to the Riverton Days parade.. not so much the heat, but being with friends is always fun. 6- Making Star Sugar cookies with my boys- they love to cook!
5- Watching the fly-over of F-16's and B-52 Bomber on the Fourth! So fun!
4- The Fourth of July- I love decorating for it, the fireworks, the barbecues..
3- We celebrate at our house with Grandma's waterslide- Jordan is now officially brave.
2- Getting a pedicure with Tricia! THAT was worth it!
1- Teaching six CTR kids on Sunday.. we subbed Jordan's class!

Top Ten for the last week of June 2008: Here goes:
10- Swimming with the Boyacks! Except for my pink shoulders and back...
9- Playdates: Jordan, Matthew, and Landon make a great Pirate/Police squad.
8- Baby Showers: My cousin Kristy is having a GIRL!
7- Enrichment Night! I gave a presentation on Deceptively Delicious- we had a yummy french toast with pumpkin, eggs with Cauliflower puree, and banana bread with cauliflower puree in it, too!
6- Watching Jordan snarf down banana bread with Cauliflower puree in it!! he he he
5- Swimming with Ryan and the kids- we are loving the water..
4- Car wash night- Friday night! Fun.
3- Running the Step Rock Run 10k with Ryan
2- Going to the Drive in to see Wall-E! Good times- talk to me when you've seen the movie- it was interesting in many ways...
1- Being the mother of three monkeys- I sure love them!
